Rental conditions

• The driver must present a valid ID/passport and driving license before pickup.
• The reservation becomes confirmed only after I&M Rental accepts it.
• Traffic fines, damage, missing fuel, late returns and extra cleaning may be charged after return.
• The refundable deposit is separate from rental price and is returned according to vehicle condition and contract terms.

Pickup and return

Pickup time, return time, car unit, fuel level and kilometers are recorded in the admin checklist. The customer and staff may sign digitally.
