Documents and personal data
I&M Rental may collect your name, phone, email, reservation details, ID/passport photo and driving license photo only to prepare and manage your rental.
Retention
Document photos can be deleted manually by admin or automatically after the retention period configured in the admin panel. Files may be stored securely in Cloudflare R2 when enabled.
Your consent
By sending a reservation request, you agree that I&M Rental may process your booking and driver documents for the rental workflow.
