Can I request a car without paying online?
Yes. Choose Request only and the admin will confirm availability.
Are documents required?
For faster pickup, you can upload ID/passport and driving license. You can also present them in person.
How is the deposit handled?
The deposit status is tracked in the reservation. It can be received by cash/card and returned after vehicle check-out.
